Official Rules

Binding Agreement
To enter the contest, you must agree to these Official Rules. Therefore, please read the following rules prior to entry to ensure you understand and agree. You agree that submission of an entry in the contest constitutes agreement to these rules. You may not submit an entry to the contest and are not eligible to receive the prizes described in the official rules, unless you agree to the official rules. These official rules form a binding legal agreement between you and the contest sponsors with respect to the contest.

Contest Period
The contest runs from June 22, 2011 to July 15, 2011.

How To Enter

1) Watch the video www.keepthepridealive.com/video

2) “Like” the official Keep the Pride Alive Facebook page.

3) “Share” the official Keep the Pride Alive Facebook page with your Facebook friends.

Eligibility

1) All federal, provincial, local and municipal laws apply. Void where prohibited.
 
2) Contest entrants must “Like” the official Keep the Pride Alive Facebook page when the random draw is held.

3) A minimum of 10,000 “Likes” on the official Keep the Pride Alive Facebook page as of July 15, 2011 are required for the contest to be active.

4) Contest winner must answer a skill-testing question.

Winner Selection

1) A random draw by a representative of the Contest Sponsors from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period will be made on or about July 16, 2011.

2) The selected entrant will be announced on the official Keep the Pride Alive Facebook page on or about July 18, 2011.

3) If a selected entrant cannot be reached within seven (7) days following the first attempt to contact selected entrant, or fails to execute and return the Release and Waiver Liability and Authorization Agreement as specified by the Contest Sponsors, Contest Sponsors reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to disqualify such selected entrant and may select another entrant instead.

4) By participating in the contest, each participant, and the winner, waives any and all claims of liability against the Contest Sponsors, and their employees and agents, their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the contest, or from the use of the prize.

5) In the event the selected entrant is a minor, the entrant’s parent or legal guardian may accept the prize on behalf of the minor.

6) Contest Sponsors’ rulings are final and without appeal in all matters related to the Contest and the awarding of the prize.

7) By the claiming the prize, the winner authorizes the use, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or photograph.

8) No communication will be entered into except with selected entrants. To know the name of the winner, send an email to info@keepthepridealive.ca. 

Prize
One (1) prize of two (2) Aeroplan reward seats (subject to all applicable Aeroplan policies governing availability, booking, changes, etc.).
